The best thing that happened with us is the Floor Manager : Mr.Rajnish...He made our stay feel like family and made us forget the issue we had with the front desk trainee staff. Chef Mr.Rajesh, also has to be mentioned the Aloo Gutke is so yum n the bendi fry was just like home food. Mr.Rajnish is an asset to this Hilton branch. Also Mr.Zakirya, such a sweet boy he is...He will be a good people's person and has a bright future. Thanks a lot Mr.Rajnish, for sorting the issue and making us feel at home. The masala chai and complimentary breaksfast, the special care you took for getting the dinner prepared by chef Mr.Rajesh, the time you spent in making all this happen...we will make this our to go place whenever we come to Lucknow.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow was truly comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the delicious buffet breakfast. The team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for a late check-in, rooms close to each other, and luggage storage after check-out, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.

Breakfast spread was good with excellent service to customize food items. In-room dining service was good too. Staff is cooperative and quick in responding to requests. Welcome platter was a nice gesture. Cleanliness is much appreciated in the very clean bed, sheets, towels, bathroom. Absolutely no foul smell anywhere

Coming from staying at Hyatt, Lucknow for one night where I and my wife shockingly had a terrible experience over hygiene and staff response, we switched to Hilton the next day, although pre-apprehensive about an equally or worse experience than we had at one of the best hotels in the country (Hyatt). It was such a relief to discover that Hilton lived up to its high standards. Our stay there was not only convenient, the staff members / managers were bullet responsive and on our third day we were offered and given a junior suite room at the price of a regular room. I would specially mention and give credits to Mr Prafull and Ms Sanjeevni for making our stay wonderful.
